Trebbiano d’Abruzzo “Fortuna” – 85% Trebbiano Abruzzese, 15% Passerina

We hand-pick in small baskets in the second half of September.
The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed whole.
The must ferments spontaneously in steel tanks.
After bottling, it ages in the bottle for a few months before going on sale.

Fortuna is an uncommon Trebbiano – or rather, genuinely typical in its loyalty to tradition – complex and structured, at the same time fresh and enjoyable.
It is truly an expression of our territory as well as of Abruzzo’s wine making tradition.
It goes very well along with pastas and risotti topped with whit, earthy sauces, cheese, poultry, fish, broths, legume soups, but can be enjoyed alone too.
